♥Terms & Conditions♥
1. A handling fee, ranging from $1 – $3 is to be paid for each item.
2. Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please make payment within 24hours upon receipt of the email; else your orders will be cancelled.
3. If there are any changes require on your orders, please inform us immediately. Once order has been send to the seller, changes will not be accepted.
4. Once payment is made, please inform us via email 
with the bank name, amount transferred, date and transaction reference.
5. Please use the same name you used in the email to do funds transfer (via ibanking/atm), for easier tracking purposes.
6. If the item is out of stock, you will be informed. You can opt for either a refund or an alternative item.
7. No drugs/perishables/perfume. Refer to VPOST website for the list of restricted items.
8. Please check spree status on spree website.
9. Please abide by order format, and email your orders to .
10. Prettydolls is not liable for any mistakes made by seller, or lost mail thru local post.

Estimated $1- $4 per item, depending on total number of items.
♥Collection mode
By normal post/registered post only.
♥Postage
To be advised.
Normal post: measured by weight of items.
Registered post (highly recommended): Additional $2.20 on top of normal post.
♥Payment collection
1st Payment = (Item in USD or NT * exchange rate ) + handling fee
2nd Payment = shipping fee + postage + top-up (GST/misc, if required)
♥Exchange rate
Will be stated in respective spree posts.
This is just a rough estimate. Any excess will be used to offset shipping fees. Will be revised when items arrives.
♥Transfer the amounts to our bank account (we will give u the details upon receipt of your order) within 24 hours. Please inform us via email () the bank name, amount transferred, date and transaction reference.

Hey there , the exchanged rate has actually dropped for quite a while , say two to three weeks .
I really think you should revise youre exchange rates .

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, we know that the rates have dropped for USD. The usage of 1.6SGD = 1USD is for ease of calculation and consistency. The excess from exchange rates will be used to offset shipping costs, as we have stated in our T&Cs.

If spree orders don’t meet the cap, will they be cancelled?
